Let’s get witchy! Super bulky yarn makes this a quick last minute addition to the season. Easy to dress up or keep simple. Perfect for mommy and me. Modern enough to wear throughout the cold season!

American Terms

Difficulty: Easy beginner

Comfortable with crochet in the round, increasing, single crochet and slip stitch. Sewing ends in.

Yarns I used:I used Lion Brand Hometown Yarn in Super Bulky weight (10 oz skein for adult sizes) and Caron Sprinkle Cake Yarn in Super Bulky weight (8 oz for Kids size)

Gauge: Using Lion Brand Hometown Super bulky yarns and a 10mm hook I created a swatch. Within 4” by 4” I ended up with 9 sc stitches by 11 rows. One inch will have 2.25 sts. 

I highly suggest washing your swatch to ensure accuracy and adjust tension or hook size accordingly.

*NOTE- Honestly these hats work up in a couple hours, It’s easy to create another or frog to the point specified in the pattern.*

Colors needed for pieces: Use what inspires you!

Recommended Hook size: 10 mm (used in pattern) or hook needed for the gauge you need.

Supplies:

• Scissors

• Yarn (Super Bulky)

• Yarn Needle

• OPTIONAL: wire to use in the brim for more stability and shape.

• Scrap yarn or stitch markers

The entire pattern is worked in the round.
